I am a veteran, National Board Certified teacher, turned author. I am the creator of "Apples, Alligators, and All That! It is a collection of alphabet songs for young children. I have also authored twelve books including My Mamaw & Me, Apples & Alligators A to Z in Mississippi, and Music from A to Z. I love music and doing creative writing. When I am not writing or teaching you can find me enjoying anything chocolate, diet cokes, and baseball! I am married to my amazing husband, Herman Carroll, and have one son, along with three bonus children. I also have the awesome opportunity to be GiGi to my fabulous three grandchildren!
